It’s Important To Find The Causes Of Migraine Headaches
When you experience a migraine headache, that headache can quickly consume your entire day. You can’t think about anything, you can’t look at light, smell food or even function in the slightest. When you get a migraine, it can get so bad that all you want to do is sit in the dark and wish, pray and hope that it will go away. The migraine headache symptoms can get so bad that they can often be accompanied by vomiting, which won’t make you feel any better. To get rid of migraines, you need to know the causes of migraine headaches. Also, do you get them frequently, or just sporadically? These are all questions you need to ask yourself, and you also need to ask your doctor, to find that migraine headache relief that will help you function like a human being once more.
Frequent Migraines
If you experience frequent migraine headaches, that should be a huge red flag that something’s wrong. But don’t worry. It’s not likely a brain tumor or something really serious as you may think. It could be something such as a food allergy or an allergy to something else. What you should do is record all the variables that occur whenever you experience your migraine. For instance, if you always get them in the morning right after you eat cereal and milk, it could be a milk
allergy. Try cutting out those foods, or changing those variables around to see if you still experience migraine headaches. If you can’t figure it out even after experimentation, try going to a doctor who will help you better diagnose why you get migraine headaches.
Recording The Variables
Whenever you feel any of the migraine headache symptoms coming on, have a notebook and pen handy and begin recording everything you can. It won’t be easy, as migraine headache symptoms often make it hard to concentrate on anything, but force yourself so that you can pinpoint what’s causing these horrible pains and feelings. What time is it? Where are you? What have you eaten today? What’s the weather like? What scents are you exposed to? Write this all down and record the date. When you have finally gotten rid of the migraine headache symptoms (sometimes they just go away on their own), look over the data, as well as all of your previous data, and play investigator. Try to find a link between this last time and any of the other times.
See A Doctor
It’s always a good idea to see your doctor, even if you think you’ve found the causes of your migraine headaches. A doctor is in a better position to diagnose your migraine problem. Show your evidence to your doctor and fill him in on what you’ve been doing. Your investigative work may help him out and he may be able to determine the exact causes of your migraine headaches faster than he would otherwise.

Video: How Sensor Sizes Affect Your Photos (Wired - Gadget Lab)
You all know that the size of a camera's sensor changes the effective focal
length of a lens, right? But what about its effect on depth-of-field? We know
