Central Arizona Plan Exchange (C.A.P.E.) has been providing current property sales data to real estate firms, appraisers, investment brokers, insurance agents, contractors, etc. since 1986. Our monthly property sales packet provides data on the seller and buyer, as well as other valuable loan information. Property types are broken out as follows: single family residence; mobile home; condo/townhouse; 2-4 plex; apartments; commercial and vacant land. Data is available in two types of print-outs. The first is all sales listed in numerical parcel order and the second separates each property type, and then lists them numerically in parcel order. This data is available in hard copy form, or on computer disk. Statistical summaries can be prepared, upon request, for specific cities or subdivisions, etc.
