To place a set of plans in our library, the owner, contractor or design agency, must provide a minimum of 2 sets of plans and specifications along with the completed "Application to submit plans". A fee of $25.00 will be charged on private projects, if the submitter is not a member of C.A.P.E. This fee will cover the listing of the project in our construction bulletin and placement of plans in both of our facilities. These plans will then be available to our members for check out or in house viewing.

In order to fully service the members, copies of requested pages may be made by our staff, unless you other wise inform us, that this is not acceptable.

Any additional services provided to you by our staff, such as tracking who is looking at your project, or receipt of bids, will constitute additional charges. Non-members will be allowed two complimentary viewings, and after this, will be required to join.

To initiate placement of plans, please complete the application and return to our Prescott office with your plans and payment. Construction bulletins go out to our members on Thursday, so any listings must be submitted to Prescott by Thursday, 10:00 A.M.
