Central Arizona Plan Exchange mission statement: Providing a center for the enhancement of the construction industry.

For 20+ years, owners Grady and Cheryl Hopson and staff, have provided valuable services to the tri-city business community. Central Arizona Plan Exchange (C.A.P.E.) continually monitors the construction industry and acquires the necessary documents to allow members access to plans and specifications on commercial and some residential projects. Members can bid on large to small projects, which are being built around the state. In its infancy, C.A.P.E. had to make a lot of noise to be heard by the various agencies and design groups. Now, with over 200 businesses who are members, the C.A.P.E. is a force sought out! C.A.P.E. is a vital link between the project owners and the major contractors and suppliers in the north-central part of the state. Members pay a yearly fee to have access to the plan room library and valuable resource information. With the new expansion to an "On-Line" plan room, the services will be more convenient than ever.

In addition to the plan room, C.A.P.E. provides plan reproduction services. Individuals or businesses can purchase quality over-sized copies and originals. Additional services include document plotting, scanning, archiving, reductions, enlargements and file conversions.

C.A.P.E. also tracks building permit and property sales activity for Northern Arizona. These records are available in print or digital file format. These records provide sales leads for business promotion of their products and/or services to consumers. We take pride in providing quality and accurate information to our customers.
