A Brief Review on Zoom H2 Portable Recorder
Zoom H2 is a recording device which is very handy and easy to use, and at the same time powerful enough to produce recordings of highest quality.
The major feature of Zoom H2 Handy Recorder is its 4 mic capsules. These 4 mics in W-XY patterns open the possibility of recording from the front for 90° cardioid, from rear for 120° cardioid, and in 360° polar patterns. With 4 mic capsules in a W-X/Y configuration, the audio is decoded instantly, bringing these four signals together for unparalleled stereo imaging. Done with the recording, you can adjust the front/rear/left/right balance using the built-in 3D panning function. Or you can use other commercially available software to create 5.1 surround recordings.
Zoom H2 Recorder allows you to record in many formats of your preference. To get the highest audio quality that surpasses CDs, opt for 24bit/96kHz linear PCM (WAV files) format. Or record in MP3 format in an almost any bit rate when long recording capability and smaller file sizes are your goals. You can even do 360° recordings in 24bit/48kHz format. You can capture from fine nuances of an acoustic instrument to the realistic ambience of a venue with Zoom H2's high-resolution recording capability.
Zoom H2 records on SD cards (a 512MB SD card is included in the box). The unit can take up to 16GB SD card though, allowing you to record for up to 24 hours using the 16-bit/44.1kHz WAV format. You can even get an amazing 280 hours of stereo recording if you record at 128 kbps MP3. The H2 also has a USB 2.0 interface, so the device can be connected to a computer in order to move your recordings there for storage, editing or playback. You can also record directly to a computer by using the H2 Recorder as a USB mic. And, you can also playback your recording from Zoom H2. You are free to choose any playback mode such as single-file playback, single-file repeat, all-file playback, or all-file repeat.
Physically, H2 Recorder is equipped with a back-lit screen to display important recording information. The device also has LEDs to indicate Front, Rear, 2 Channel or 4 Channel modes and the recording angle: 90°, 120° or 360°. There are also LEDs to indicate the active mics. The control mechanisms include single button recording, playback-pause, fast forward and rewind. To do a recording, all you need to do is just push a button and the recording starts. One button recording, gain controls on the side and an intuitive user interface allow you to always capture the moment. Set your levels, push record and go. That's all. Or, you can use Auto Start and Auto Gain Control features to accomplish complete capture at the correct level. In terms of power, Zoom H2 can run continuously for approximately 4 hours on 2 x AA batteries, thanks to its low-power circuitry. In order to do longer sessions, you can power the device using the AC adapter. When using the unit as an SD card reader or USB mic, it can operate on USB bus power. Weighing only 4 ounces, the device is certainly very portable.
So, now with Zoom H2 Handy Recorder anyone can record pristine audio in an infinite variety of applications. From seminars and conferences, to electronic news gathering (ENG) and podcasting, to musical performances, songwriting sessions and rehearsals, Zoom H2 provides amazing recording quality. And no matter what music or instrument you may play, the H2 Recorder is able to record it in high-quality stereo.
wat is the best game consol?
electronic portable game consols
It depends on what you like!
- If you like high-quality games - PSP
- If you like interactive and fun games - Nintendo DS.
- If you like old school games - Gameboy
I personally have all of those consoles and i have to say that the DS is the best for me! It is very fun and cheap in price. There is touch screen and it is easy to charge. I dont have to worry about taking it out with me and losing it! Hope this helps!
Electronic Signature Comes To The Masses (Forbes)
I got a taste of one of the higher velocity business models enabled by newly
erupting Web paradigms this week when I got swept up in DocuSign’s launch of
DocuSign Ink, the consumer version of its eSignature cloud service.
