pink hair????
i recently tried to dye a portion of my hair pink. my natural color is black and i have fine hair. the first time i bleached it i did not use toner and followed with a semi perm dye the bottle was a hott pink and it turned out strawberry blonde. 2 days later (today) i bought a kit that included the toner (i think it was called white out from hot topic) and i followed the steps and used another pink dye a "stronger" dye that was brighter. and it turned out the same! what am i doing wrong????? Please help i look like an idiot

I have pink hair. and it used to be black. bleaching is a process the first time will not work, try again a few days later and condition it lots..... i use manic panic hot pink and cotton candy and mix them together to get the perfect pink your hair has to be either white or some kind of blonde to get the pink that you want the lighter it is the better it will work and this hair dye is semi permenant but it lasts very long and east to keep up! my hair turns orange when i bleach it, so I went to sallys's a beauty supply store and they have something to take the orange out that you mix with the bleach you can go and ask and they'll help you
